Since its 2017 debut, SPOT has won over locals and visitors alike with its fresh, shareable cuisine, relaxed vibe, and interiors that honour Mallorca’s heritage.
Chefs Marcelino Jiménez and Angellys Padilla craft a menu that fuses local ingredients with international influences. Dishes are designed for sharing and slow enjoyment, including highlights like Mallorcan eggplant tempura chips drizzled with honey, sobrasada and Mahón cheese croquettes, and tomato tartare served with Sardinian bread and Kalamata olives. The zucchini carpaccio with mató cheese and quince vinaigrette stands out, as does the crispy Peking-style duck—both celebrated for their flavour balance and originality.
SPOT also caters thoughtfully to vegan and gluten-free diets, complemented by a carefully chosen selection of local and national wines. The Menu del Dia, priced under €20, offers an excellent lunch option without sacrificing quality.
The interior, designed by Sandra Tarruella, is a true gem. Featuring local ceramics, Vicens fabrics, warm wood, and a charming interior garden, the space marries 60s and 70s Mallorcan architecture with modern design. The dog-friendly policy adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
