Taking place from 6 to 8 March 2026 in Palmanyola, the event—traditionally known as Fira Bona or Fira del Cavall—will move away from its long-standing format. Instead, organisers are promising a more immersive approach that reimagines the role of the fair within the village itself.
From Horse Fair to Village Experience
For many years, Fira Bona has been closely associated with Mallorca’s equestrian culture. Horses have been at the heart of the celebration, drawing breeders, riders and visitors interested in rural traditions and island heritage. Previous editions have typically featured horse parades and exhibitions, riding demonstrations, medieval combat displays, artisan stalls and food markets showcasing local produce.
