Founded in 2019 by Camilla Riccardi & Jerónimo Alonso, it now has two lively, pet-friendly locations, each with its own unique charm. Their signature pizza is inspired by the Roman scrocchiarella: 33 cm of thin, round perfection with a crisp, airy base and a low edge—crafted from dough that ferments for 30 hours to achieve the ideal texture, fragrance, and lightness. Toppings are thoughtfully selected, showcasing both timeless Italian classics and inventive Mediterranean-Mexican fusions. Standouts include the bold MX with pork al pastor, and the Ghiottona, layered with mortadella, pistachios, and truffle. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free diners are thoughtfully catered for with house-made plant-based cheeses and alternative doughs.
